On 03.01.25, Haringhata PS received an information regarding the theft of valuable articles from the Kali Mandir near her house at Dakshin Duttapara. The gate of the temple was found broken at around 06:00 hrs.

Police immediately started an investigation, registered a case, and arrested one accused the same day. During remand, the accused confessed, and all stolen articles were recovered from a hideout.
